Carbon project development
and independent technical review

Technical services

Zia provides ACCU and Verra VCS carbon project consulting for project owners, developers and investors, covering project development, technical delivery and independent review. Support is available for a defined task or across multiple project stages.

Both types of support are available throughout the project lifecycle. Independent technical review supports project quality and audit readiness; it does not replace formal third-party validation or verification.

Feasibility & strategy

Assess eligibility, compare methodology options, and understand the technical constraints and assumptions that shape project viability. Identify evidence gaps and the next steps before committing further resources.

Design & development

Develop project plans, carbon calculations, credit forecasts, geospatial analysis, and methodology documentation, or independently review work already prepared by your team.

Implementation & monitoring plans

Prepare implementation and monitoring plans to guide project teams in delivery and data collection. Review project data and supporting evidence for consistency with methodology and reporting requirements.

Reporting & audit

Prepare offset reports and monitoring reports, or independently review the full package of project documentation, calculations, mapping, and supporting evidence before audit. Identify gaps ahead of submission and provide technical support with audit findings, auditor queries, and regulator liaison.
